摘  要:为制备轻质、高强、低延伸率的空间应用张力编织绳,探明二维编织工艺对编织绳性能的影响机制,通过拉伸及耐磨损性能试验对3种不同线密度的聚酰亚胺(polyimide,PI)长丝进行可编织性能分析,同时在C12型高速编织机上制备13种PI编织绳,对编织工艺参数及拉伸性能进行测试与分析并建立回归方程。试验结果表明:PI长丝线密度越大,其刚度越大且越不易弯曲,其中线密度为111.1 tex的PI长丝的耐磨性能最好;随着编织节距的增加,编织绳直径和编织角逐渐减小,断裂强力增加而断裂伸长率减小,当编织节距增大到一定值时,断裂强力和断裂伸长率趋于一定值,回归方程的拟合程度均超过90%。综合所有直径为0.9~1.1 mm的编织绳,当PI长丝线密度为111.1 tex和编织节距为5 mm时,编织绳强力为1226 N和断裂伸长率为5.73%,该编织绳结构紧密且力学性能最优。In order to weave a lightweight,high-strength,and low-elongation tension rope for spatial applications,the mechanism of the influence of the two-dimensional braiding process on the performance of the braided rope was explored,and the braidability of three types of polyimide(PI)filaments with different linear densities were analyzed through tensile and abrasion resistance tests.At the same time,thirteen types of PI braided ropes were prepared on a C12 high-speed braiding machine.The braiding process parameters and tensile properties of the braided ropes were tested and analyzed,and regression equations were established.The test results show that the greater the linear density of PI filaments,the greater the stiffness and the less easy to bend.The PI filament with linear density of 111.1 tex has the best wear resistance;as the braiding pitch increases,the diameter and braiding angle of the braided ropes gradually decrease,the breaking strength increases,and the breaking elongation decreases.When the braiding pitch increases to a certain value,the breaking strength and breaking elongation tend to a certain value,the fits of the regression equations were all over 90%.For braided ropes with a comprehensive diameter of 0.9-1.1 mm,when the linear density of PI filament is 111.1 tex and the braiding pitch is 5 mm,the braided rope strength is 1226 N,the elongation at break is 5.73%,and the braided rope has a compact structure and optimal mechanical properties.
