摘 要:为研究高性能造纸成形网结构对其滤水性能的影响机制,分析包装纸与文化纸两种纸浆在三层纬纱自绑式成型网、三层经纱自绑式成型网及错位成形网3种不同结构高性能造纸成形网上的动态滤水曲线及留着率。研究发现:三层经纱自绑式成型网滤水速度快于三层纬纱自绑式成型网;3种类型成形网中面层与底层经线数比例为2∶1的错位成形网的留着率最高;三层纬纱自绑式成型网的经纬纱直径一定时,滤水速度随经纬纱密度增加而减小,留着率升高,而经纬纱密度一定时,纱线直径减小,滤水速度提高,留着率下降。The dynamic water filtration curves and retention rates of packaging paper and cultural paper pulp on three types of high performance forming fabric in paper manufacturing:three-ply weft self-supporting binding(WESB),three-ply warp self-supporting binding(WASB)and staggered forming fabrics,were analyzed to study the effect of the structure of papermaking forming fabrics on the water filtration performance.It shows that:the water filtration rate of WASB forming fabric is faster than that of WESB forming fabric;the retention rate of staggered forming fabric with a 2∶1 ratio of warp threads between the top and bottom layers is the highest among the three types of forming fabrics;the water filtration rate decreases with the increase of warp and weft yarn density and the retention rate increases when the warp and weft yarn diameters of WESB forming fabric are constant;the water filtration rate increases and the retention rate decreases when the warp and weft yarn diameters are constant and the yarn diameter decreases.
