外出务工经历对农村劳动力非农就业选择的影响研究

摘　　要：文章基于中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS2018)数据,采用二元Logit模型和倾向得分匹配法(PSM)实证分析外出务工经历对农村劳动力非农就业选择的影响。结果表明,外出务工经历与农村劳动力的个体特征(性别、年龄、教育、务农经历、政府培训经历)、家庭特征(家庭子女数、土地)以及互联网接触度等显著相关;运用PSM模型控制具有相同个体特征、家庭特征以及互联网接触度的反事实样本后,发现外出务工经历对农村劳动力非农就业选择依然具有显著正向影响。进一步进行中介效应分析,发现外出务工经历通过工作经验的增加对农村劳动力非农就业选择发挥正向作用。提出向外出务工的农村劳动力提供费用减免、以政企合作培训的形式开展农村技术培训、制定鼓励非农就业政策扶持等建议。Based on the data of China Labor Dynamics Survey(CLDS2018),this paper adopts the binary logit model and the propensity matching score method(PSM)to empirically analyze the impact of migrant work experience on the choice of non-agricultural employment of rural laborers.The results of the study show that the migrant work experience is significantly correlated with the individual characteristics of rural laborers(gender,age,education,farming experience,government training experience),family characte ristics(the number of children in the family,land),and Internet access.After a counterfactual sample with the same individual characteristics,family characteristics and internet exposure,it is found that the migrant work experience still has a significant positive impact on the non-agricultural employment choices of rural laborers.Further mediating effect analysis is carried out,and it is found that through the increase of work experience,the experience of migrant workers has a positive effect on the choice of non-agricultural employment of rural laborers,and variables such as social network and network contact obtained by the experience of migrant work have an impact on the choice of non-agricultural employment of rural laborers.Not obvious.It puts forward policy suggestions such as providing fee reductions and exemptions for rural laborers who go out to work,carrying out rural technical training in the form of government-enterprise cooperation training,and formulating policy support to encourage non-agricultural employment.
