摘 要:复合绝缘子运行中异常发热现象频发,其中老化与表面污秽是导致发热的主要原因。文中采用有限元多物理场仿真,结合实测获得的材料参数,分别建立了正常运行、湿热老化、局部涂污及整体涂污等4种典型工况下的复合绝缘子仿真模型,根据湿热老化以及表面污秽的不同发热特征,分别建立静电、电流场两种模型。通过电场计算分析发现:湿热老化后复合绝缘子沿面电场增大、界面电场降低;局部涂污复合绝缘子在涂污处电场稍微下降;整体涂污复合绝缘子由于沿面电流增大造成电场畸变严重。通过以电介质损耗为接口的耦合热场以及电流场⁃热场耦合的电热联合仿真与试验结果对比发现:正常与局部涂污复合绝缘子基本无温升;湿热老化与整体涂污复合绝缘子温升明显,但温度梯度方向相反。仿真计算所得绝缘子最大温升位置与试验结果相同,试验结果与仿真计算结果基本吻合。Abnormal heating phenomenon of composite insulator occurs frequently in operation,of which the main reason is aging and surface contamination.In this paper,the simulation model of composite insulator under such four typical conditions as normal operation,humid and hot aging,partial and overall contamination is set up respectively by the use of FEM multi⁃physical field simulation in combination with the measured material parameters.Such two kinds of models as electrostatic and current fields are set up respectively in accordance with the different heating characteristics of humid and hot aging as well as surface contamination.It is found through electric field calculation that the electric field along the surface of the composite insulator after humid and hot aging increases and that the in⁃terface electric field decreases.The electric field of partial contaminated composite insulator at the contamination point decreases slightly and the electric field distortion of the overall contaminated composite insulator due to in⁃crease of current of the surface is serious.It is found by comparing the electrothermal joint simulation and test result of coupling thermal field with dielectric loss as interface and current field filed⁃thermal field coupling that the nor⁃mal and partial contaminated composite insulator has basically no temperature rise;while the temperature rise of the composite insulator with humid and hot aging and overall contamination is obvious but the the temperature gradient di⁃rection is opposite.It is concluded through the simulation calculation that the position of maximum temperature rise and the test result are identical and the test result and the simulation calculation result are basically in agreement.
