摘  要:在湿热环境中,输配电设备电气连接部位涂覆的电力复合脂出现老化加速,导致异常发热。文中针对10 kV进线端母排连接处进行大电流温升试验,研究在不同电流条件下,母排连接处的温升特性,通过曲线拟合发现温升与电流大致为二次函数关系。铜排温升与时间的解析式可以通过指数函数拟合得到。通过分析连接部位涂覆电力复合脂前后的温升曲线可以发现,不同的电力复合脂均有一定的减阻降温效果,效果具有一定区别。增加电力复合脂的炭黑含量可以提高电力复合脂的导电性。增稠剂本身对电力复合脂的性能也会具有一定的影响。In hot and humid condition,the power composite grease applied on the electrical connection of power transmission and distribution equipment has aging acceleration,resulting in abnormal heating.The high current tem⁃perature rise test at the bus connection of the 10 kV incoming line is performed in this paper,the temperature rise characteristics at the bus connection under different current conditions are studied.It is found through curve fitting that the relationship between temperature rise and current is roughly quadratic function.The analytical formula of temperature rise and time of copper bar can be obtained by exponential function fitting.It can be found by analyzing the temperature rise curve before and after applying the connection part with electric composite grease that different electric composite grease has certain drag reduction and cooling effect and the effect is different.Increasing the car⁃bon black content of power composite grease can improve conductivity of power composite grease.The thickener it⁃self will also have a certain impact on the properties of electric composite grease.
