摘  要:为提升现有航空发动机点火电嘴的点火性能,解决高空极端条件下发动机点火边界窄的问题,基于多通道放电技术和等离子体合成射流技术,设计研制了一种嵌入式多通道等离子体点火器(multi⁃channel plasma igniter,MCPI)。在不同气压条件下开展了多通道等离子体点火器与传统半导体火花点火器(spark igniter,SI)的放电特性实验,基于高速图像摄像系统,利用数值图像处理方法分析获得的点火器放电图像,分析了两种点火器的火花射流穿透深度、平均射流速度和最大影响区域。结果表明:在不同气压下MCPI的放电能量和效率均优于SI。在100 kPa气压下,相比于SI,MCPI产生的射流穿透深度增加幅度达69.45%。SI和MCPI的射流火花最大影响区域均随气压的减小而减小,但是在相同压力下,MCPI的射流火花最大影响区域均大于SI。在气压为20 kPa的低气压下,MCPI的射流火花最大影响区域是SI的3倍。In order to promote the ignition performance of the existing aero⁃engine ignition plug and solve the prob⁃lem of narrow engine ignition boundary under extreme conditions at high⁃altitude,a kind of embedded multi⁃channel plasma igniter multi⁃channel plasma igniter(MCPI)is designed and developed based on multi⁃channel discharge technology and plasma synthetic jet technology in this paper.The discharge characteristic experiment of multi⁃chan⁃nel plasma igniter and traditional semiconductor spark igniter(SI)under different pressure is developed.The spark jet penetration depth,average jet velocity and maximum affected area of two types of igniters are analyzed by the dis⁃charge image,which is obtained on the basis of high⁃speed image acquisition system and by the use of numerical im⁃age processing method.The results show that the discharge energy and efficiency of MCPI are better than that of SI at different air pressures.The penetration depth of the jet generated by MCPI is increased by 69.45%compared with that of SI at 100 kPa.The maximum affected area of jet spark of SI and MCPI decreases with the decrease of air pres⁃sure.However,the maximum affected area of jet spark of MCPI is larger than that of SI under the same pressure.At low pressure of 20 kPa,the maximum affected area of MCPI is three times that of SI.
