摘 要:断路器的分合闸时间及其分散性决定了保护级差的设定,断路器在运行过程中由于性能劣化而引起分合闸时间变化易引起越级跳闸、故障扩大等现象。针对分合闸时间的劣化的判定,传统方法有着明显不足。需要一种方法对不同种类断路器的分合闸时间的分散性,以及在设备运行过程中劣化进行评价。文中采用统计学原理,对12 kV真空断路器和126 kV SF6断路器进行了分组电压下的分合闸时间测试,通过样本中表征其分散性的参数平均值和均方差,获得了整体参量的平均值和均方差范围,并在此基础上,按95%置信概率,得到了分合闸时间劣化的评价标准。最后通过实验验证了评价标准的有效性。The opening and closing time as well as dispersity of circuit breaker determine the setting of the protec⁃tion level difference.The change of the opening and closing time due to deterioration of the circuit breaker perfor⁃mance in the operation process is easy to cause such phenomena as override trip and fault expansion.The traditional methods have obvious shortcomings in judging the deterioration of the opening and closing time.A method is needed to evaluate the dispersion of the opening and closing time of different types of circuit breakers and the deterioration in the process of operation of the equipment.In this paper,the opening and closing time of 12 kV vacuum circuit break⁃er and 126 kV SF6 circuit breaker under group voltage is tested by using the statistical principle.The average value and mean square deviation range of the overall parameters are obtained through the average value and mean square deviation of the parameters representing their dispersion in the sample.On this basis,the evaluation standard of the opening and closing time deterioration is obtained in accordance with 95%confidence probability.Finally,the effec⁃tiveness of the evaluation criteria is verified by experiments.
