摘 要:通过传感器阵列和相应的算法减小乃至消除外部干扰电流产生的串扰误差是磁传感器电流测量技术研究中的一个重要问题。文中在对比了现有拓扑结构后,提出了一种双层环形传感器阵列拓扑结构,并对其测量误差进行了仿真计算与实验测量。仿真计算中对比了干扰电流的大小、相位、距离,以及被测导体偏离阵列中心等因素对测量误差的影响。利用8个高灵敏度的隧道磁阻(tunnel magnetoresistance,TMR)元件制作了电流传感器,并在单导体干扰和多导体干扰下进行了测试,实验结果表明其平均误差为1.79%,相对于单层四传感器的方法减小了约7%的误差。相比于其他拓扑结构,文中提出的结构抗干扰能力强,且无需复杂的算法,仅需基本的运算电路即可实现功能,具有较强的实用价值。Reduction and even elimination of crosstalk error due to external interference current by the sensor array and corresponding algorithms is an important issue of current measurement technology of in the research of magnetic sensor.In this paper,a kind of double⁃layer annular sensor array topology is proposed after comparing the existing ty⁃pologies,and the measurement error is performed by simulation calculation and experimental measurement.In the simulation and calculation,the influence of such factor as amplitude,phase,distance of the interference current and the deviation of the measured conductor on the measurement error is compared.The current sensor is fabricated by using eight high⁃sensitivity TMR elements and tested under single and multi⁃condctor interference.The experimental results show that the average error of the current sensor is about 1.79%,which reduces by about 7%compared with the single⁃layer four sensors method.The topology proposed in this paper,compared with other typologies,has strong anti⁃interference ability.The function can be achieved not by complicated algorithm but basic calculation cir⁃cuit.Therefore,it has strong practical value.
