我国城镇污水中污染物排放现状解析及展望

摘　　要：城镇污水污染物排放是国家工业化发展的必然结果,而减少污水污染物的排放也是国家环境方面的重要战略指标。经过多年的努力,我国虽在污水污染物减排方面取得了一定成就,但面临的挑战仍然显著。根据我国2011~2017年间城镇污水中污染物含量数据,总结分析了污染物排放的时空分布特征。结果显示,我国各省份城镇污水中污染物排放含量与当地工矿产业的发展密切相关,呈现了分布不均的显著特征。同时我国近年来城镇污水排放含量虽大幅减少,但总量现状仍然严峻,甚至部分污染物出现了控制能力不足的特征。因此,根据以上结果提出了解决思路和行业展望,以期对我国污染物减排工作提供新的见解和借鉴。The discharge of urban sewage pollutants is the result of national industrialization development in China,and reducing the discharge of sewage pollutant is also an important strategic index of national environment. After years of efforts,we have made some achievements in the reductions of pollutant emissions in urban sewage,but we still face serious challenges.Based on the data of pollutant content in urban sewage from 2011 to 2017,this paper summarized and analyzed the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of pollutant discharge. The results showed that the pollutant discharge content of urban sewage correlated significantly with the development of local industrial and mining industries,showing a significant feature of uneven distribution. Although pollutant content decreased year by year,the total amount is still huge and serious. Some pollutant s even showed an upward trend due to insufficient control ability. Therefore,based on the above results,this paper puts forward solutions and industry prospects,in order to provide new insights and reference for China’s pollutant reduction work.
