关于商业厨房燃气计量间环境的思考

摘　　要：梳理法规和标准的相关条款,结合燃气项目中采取的安全措施,探讨商业厨房燃气计量间的环境。城镇燃气是属于公用事业范畴的公共产品,不属于危险化学品管理范畴,城镇燃气管理应执行《城镇燃气管理条例》。《城镇燃气管理条例》、GB 55009-2021《燃气工程项目规范》及相关标准均未对商业厨房的燃气计量间提出建筑泄爆、电气防爆的要求。商业厨房燃气计量间不属于爆炸危险区域和爆炸性气体环境,因此建筑不需要做泄爆设计,电气不需要做防爆设计。By sorting out the relevant provisions of regulations and standards,and combined with the safety measures taken in gas projects,the atmosphere of gas metering room in commercial kitchens is discussed.Urban gas is a public product in the category of public utilities,not belonging to the category of hazardous chemicals management,the management of urban gas shall implement the Regulations on Administration of City Gas.The Regulations on Administration of City Gas,Project Code for Gas Engineering(GB 55009-2021)and relevant standards have not put forward the requirements for building explosion relief and electrical explosion-proof in the gas metering room of commercial kitchens.The gas metering room of commercial kitchen does not belong to explosion hazardous area and explosive gas atmosphere,so the building does not need explosion relief design,and the electrical does not need explosion-proof design.
