摘  要:选取并改进离心压气机流动损失模型,形成了符合斜流压气机特征的流动损失模型组合,通过与三维流场数值模拟所获得绝热效率的对比,分析该组模型对性能预测的准确性。针对一款斜流压气机叶轮及下游保形通道扩压器,量化评估叶片表面摩擦、载荷、尾迹混合、叶尖间隙、激波、二次流等损失的构成情况及工况对损失权重的影响,获得该斜流压气机转静子中主要流动损失源。The flow loss models for the centrifugal compressor were elected and improved to form a set of flow loss models conforming to the characteristics of the oblique flow compressor.The accuracy of the performance prediction of the set of models was discussed by comparison with the adiabatic efficiency obtained from the three-dimensional flow field numerical simulation.As for a mixed flow compressor with its downstream conformal passage diffuser,the loss compositions of blade surface friction,load,house trace mixing shock wave,tip clearance and secondary flow as well as the influence of operating conditions on loss weight were quantitatively evaluated to gain the main flow loss source of rotating stator of the mixed flow compressor.
