摘  要:在液体火箭推进剂贮箱出流的过程中,液面会出现塌陷夹气现象,通常使用圆盘装置来抑制液面塌陷。对贮箱出流过程进行数值模拟,并基于塌陷现象分析出口流速、圆盘装置、过载对液面塌陷的影响规律。结果表明:圆盘装置、大过载有利于延迟液面发生塌陷的时间,减少推进剂的剩余量;出口流速、圆盘安装高度、直径变化对液面塌陷有较大的影响。In view of liquid level collapse and gas pipe trapping during the outflow of the liquid rocket propellant tank,usually restrained by disk device,the process of outflow from the propellant tank is numerically simulated.Based on the collapse phenomenon,the influences of export speed,the disc device and overload on the liquid level collapse are respectively analyzed.The results show disk device and large overload are beneficial to delaying the time of liquid surface collapse and can reduce the remaining amount of propellant,and export speed,the installation height and diameter of the disc have great influence on the liquid level collapse.
