摘  要:离子推力器栅极组件易发生非预期电击穿,不但影响离子推力器的工作稳定性与可靠性,还会对推力器栅极组件和电源造成严重危害,甚至导致其失效。文章从离子推力器地面试验现象出发,归纳评估非预期电击穿的击穿特性及机理,并在此基础上归纳评估不同电击穿类型及其危害性,最后给出离子电推进电击穿的后续研究建议。The ion thruster grid components are prone to unexpected electric breakdown, which not only affects the working stability and the reliability of the ion thruster, but also seriously affects the thruster’s grid components and power supply, and may even lead to its failure. This paper analyzes the breakdown characteristics and the mechanism of unexpected electric breakdown based on the obserbations in the ion electric propulsion test. On this basis, the different types of electric breakdown and their harmfulness are discussed.Finally, recommendations are proposed for the follow-up research of the electric breakdown of ion thrusters.
