摘  要:目的:探讨生物反馈联合电刺激和Kegel训练治疗经产妇产后盆腔脏器脱垂的疗效。方法:选择2021年1月至2022年1月抚州市妇幼保健院收治的100例经产妇产后盆腔脏器脱垂患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予盆底肌肉康复训练(即Kegel训练),观察组患者在Kegel训练的基础上辅以生物反馈电刺激治疗。比较两组患者盆底肌肌力、尿失禁、盆底脏器脱垂分级等改善情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者盆底肌肌力较组内治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组达到Ⅴ级的例数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者尿失禁及盆底脏器脱垂分级较组内治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组尿失禁及盆底脏器脱垂分级改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组有效率明显高于对照组(94.0%比72%,χ^(2)=6.353,P=0.027)。治疗后,观察组的PISQ-12评分高于对照组(P<0.05),PFIQ-7评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈联合电刺激和Kegel训练治疗经产妇产后盆腔脏器脱垂,可显著提升疗效,改善盆腔脏器脱垂及尿失禁症状,提升性生活质量及生命质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle training on pelvic organ prolapse after parturition.Methods:One hundred patients with pelvic organ prolapse after parturition in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training(Kegel training),while patients in the observation group were treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation on the basis of Kegel training.The improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength,urinary incontinence and pelvic floor organ prolapse were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in pelvic floor muscle strength between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the number of grade V cases in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in urinary incontinence and pelvic floor organ prolapse grade between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the urinary incontinence and pelvic floor organ prolapse grade in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the degree of improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(94.0%vs.72%,χ^(2)=6.353,P=0.027).There was no significant difference in PISQ-12 and PFIQ-7 score between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the PISQ-12 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the PFIQ-7 score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel training can signifi
