摘 要:研究了固化促进剂对树脂及其粉末涂料性能的影响,采用DSC热分析法研究了固化促进剂对粉末涂料固化行为的影响;重点研究了固化促进剂对聚酯/环氧粉末涂料消光性能的影响。结果表明,粉末涂料的消光性能受固化促进剂种类和用量的影响较明显,选择合适的固化促进剂可以获得良好的消光效果。The infl uences of cure accelerators on the performance of resins and powder coatings has been investigated, and the ef fect of cure accelerator on the curing behavior of powder coatings was studied by DSC thermal analysis. In particular, the ef fect of cure accelerators on the matting properties of polyester/epoxy powder coatings has been studied. The results show that the matting performance of powder coatings is significantly affected by the type and amount of cure accelerators. Choosing a suitable cure accelerator can obtain a good matting ef fect.
