摘  要:通过研究双官能团乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EM221)单体用量,探讨了不同反应温度、引发剂用量、分子量调节剂用量和溶剂用量对丙烯酸树脂及制备成粉末涂料性能的影响,结果表明:EM221用量为1.0%时,制备的丙烯酸粉末涂层具有较好的冲击性能、储存稳定性和耐丁酮擦拭性;自合成的丙烯酸树脂制备的粉末涂层可兼顾高流平和耐腐蚀性能,同时涂层具有良好的耐候性。A bifunctional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EM221) was introduced into the synthesis of acrylic resins, and the ef fect of its dosage on acrylic resin was studied.The ef fects of dif ferent reaction temperature, initiator dosage, molecular weight regulator dosage and solvent dosage on the performance of acrylic resin and the prepared powder coating was discussed. Highleveling acrylic resin with good impact performance, storage stability and MEK wipe resistance was synthesized with EM221 dosage of 1.0%.The powder coating prepared by self-synthesized acrylic resin has excellent properties of leveling, corrosion resistance and weather resistance.
