摘 要:将腈基含量不同的丁腈橡胶与不同比例邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)混合,制备了丁腈橡胶混炼胶,并将不同的丁腈混炼胶浸泡在异辛烷中,用紫外分光光度计检测浸泡过程中异辛烷中DOP的变化,从而获得了丁腈混炼胶中异辛烷的渗入过程和DOP渗出过程的变化规律。结果表明,混炼胶的质量变化随DOP的用量和丁腈橡胶腈基含量的增大而减小;1份DOP的加入可显著提高异辛烷向丁腈橡胶渗入量,增加DOP的用量对其渗入量影响不大;DOP的用量和丁腈橡胶的腈基含量对DOP从丁腈橡胶中的渗出量影响不大,在该研究实验条件下,大约有90%的DOP从丁腈橡胶迁移到异辛烷中。该研究结果对耐油橡胶材料的开发有重要的指导意义。Nitrile rubber(NBR) compound was prepared by mixing NBR with varying nitrile contents and dioctyl phthalate(DOP)in dif ferent proportions. The NBR was immersed in isooctane, and the change in the process of soaking of DOP in isooctane was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The variation rules of isooctane infi ltration process and DOP exudation process in nitrile mixed rubber were obtained. The results showed that the change of the mixed rubber’s mass decreased with the increase of DOP and nitrile content. Adding 1 phr of DOP can signifi cantly increase the amount of isooctane infi ltration into NBR, while increasing the amount of DOP had little impact on isooctane infi ltration. The amount of DOP and the content of nitrile in NBR had little ef fect on the amount of DOP exudation from NBR. However, 90% of DOP migrated from NBR into isooctane under the experimental conditions in this paper. The research result has great guiding of the development on oil resistance rubber materials.
