摘  要:通过树脂筛选并搭配合适的颜填料与助剂,制备了综合性良好的双组份水性环氧防腐底漆。着重讨论了树脂种类、反应基团比值、颜基比、分散剂等对漆膜耐盐雾性能的影响。结果表明,当水性环氧树脂为TRASCITETM WE3201-1,胺固化剂为TRASCITETM WH 3926,分散剂为BYK-190,环氧基与活泼氢的比值为1:1,配方的颜基比为1.45时,水性环氧防腐底漆具有优异的综合性能。Through resin screening and matching with suitable pigments, fillers and additives, a comprehensive two-component waterborne epoxy anticorrosive primer was prepared. The influence of resin type, reactive group ratio, pigment-to-base ratio,dispersant, etc. on the salt spray resistance of the paint film is emphatically discussed.When the waterborne epoxy resin is TRASCITETM WE 3201-1 and curing agent is TRASCITETM WH 3926, the dispersant is BYK-190, the ratio of epoxy group to active hydrogen is 1:1, and the pigment/binder ratio is 1.45, the results show that the waterborne epoxy anticorrosive primer has excellent comprehensive properties.
