摘 要:采用含石墨烯纳米片的石墨烯发泡聚丙烯材料与不含石墨烯的发泡聚丙烯材料进行比较。在相同密度下,含石墨烯的发泡聚丙烯材料相比不含石墨烯,拉伸强度和压缩强度分别提高了62%和8%。使用30倍发泡倍率的石墨烯发泡聚丙烯材料替代20倍发泡倍率的不含石墨烯的发泡聚丙烯材料制造汽车零部件时,在满足力学和热学前提下,可使零部件重量减轻21%,成本降低8%。气味、雾翳、袋式法VOC测试结果表明添加石墨烯的石墨烯发泡聚丙烯材料具有低散发性能。红外分析得知石墨烯的添加不影响其基材聚丙烯的特征峰和不同点位置的材料的一致性。扫描电镜和显微镜观测得知石墨烯的添加不影响发泡聚丙烯材料的外观形貌。拉曼光谱和透射电镜观测证明此材料含有石墨烯。因此,石墨烯发泡聚丙烯材料在汽车制造领域具有广阔的研究与应用前景。A comparison was made between the graphene expanded polypropylene material containing graphene nanosheets and the expanded polypropylene material without graphene. At the same density, expanded polypropylene with graphene increased its tensile strength by 62% and its compressive strength by 8%, respectively, compared with those without graphene. When using 30-fold graphene expanded polypropylene instead of 20-fold expanded polypropylene without graphene for automobile parts, the weight of the parts can be reduced by 21% and the cost can be reduced by 8% under the premise of meeting the mechanics and thermal requirements. Odor, fog, bag VOC test results show that the graphene expanded polypropylene material with graphene has low emission performance. Infrared analysis showed that the addition of graphene did not af fect the characteristic peaks and material consistency at different locations of polypropylene. Scanning electron microscopy and microscope observation showed that the appearance of expanded polypropylene material was not af fected by the addition of graphene. Raman spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy showed that the material contained graphene. Therefore, graphene expanded polypropylene material has broad research and application prospects in the field of automobile manufacturing.
