摘 要:采用原位固相合成法一步制备出碳纳米管基锌酞菁,水热法制备γ-MnO_(2),对碳纳米管基锌酞菁和γ-MnO_(2)的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,锌酞菁较为均匀地负载在碳纳米管上,形成了疏松多孔的类似辫子状结构,γ-MnO_(2)呈纳米线状。碳纳米管基锌酞菁/γ-MnO_(2)双催化剂对氧还原反应具有优良的催化性能和抗甲醇中毒性能,在0.1mol·L^(-1)KOH溶液中,可以催化氧气发生四电子反应直接生成水。Carbon nanotubes based zinc phthalocyanine and γ-MnO_(2) were synthesized by in situ solid state synthesis method and hydrothermal method respectively. The structure and morphology were characterized. The results showed that zinc phthalocyanine was uniformly loaded on carbon nanotubes, forming a loose porous braid-like structure, while γ-MnO_(2) was nanowire-like. Carbon nanotube based zinc phthalocyanine/γ-MnO_(2) dual catalysts have excellent catalytic performance for oxygen reduction and methanoltolerant abilities. The double catalysts can catalyze oxygen molecules on the glassy carbon electrode. Optimum ratio of dual catalysts can catalyze oxygen reduction revealed a favorable formation of water via a four-electron pathway in 0.1mol·L^(-1) KOH solution.
