摘  要:熔体质量流动速率是聚丙烯熔喷料出厂检验最重要的指标之一,准确测定聚丙烯熔喷料的熔体质量流动速率对于下游客户使用具有极其重要的指导意义。而不同的预热时间、不同负荷预加载、活塞最小位移、标准口模及半口模的选择均对熔体质量流动速率测定有着很大的影响。该研究主要从不同条件进行验证,选取最优的试验方法应用到聚丙烯熔喷料熔体质量流动速率的测定,结果显示,在预热时间240s,预热前一直加载0.325kg的载荷,活塞位移选取10mm时测得的结果最稳定可靠,同时选取半口模进行试验,且在物料制备工艺一致的情况下,标准口模和半口模的换算系数也相对较固定,有更好的参考借鉴性。Melt mass flow rate is one of the most important indexes for the delivery inspection of polypropylene melt-blown materials, and the accurate determination of the melt mass flow rate of polypropylene melt-blown material has important guiding meaning for the downstream customers to use. Different preheating time, different load preloading, the minimum displacement of piston, the choice of standard die and half size die have great influence on the determination of melt mass flow rate of melt-blown material. Verified from different conditions, the optimum test method is applied to the determination of melt mass flow rate of polypropylene melt-blown material. The research results show that, when preheating time is 240s, load is 0.325kg before preheating and the piston displacement is 10mm, the measured result is the most stable and reliable. And the half-port die experiment was carried, under the same material preparation process conditions, the conversion coefficients of the standard port die and the half-port die are relatively fixed, it can provide a better reference.
