摘 要:电力资源是现代社会中不可缺少的一部分,无论是工业或是居家民用,电力的存在都带给社会很大的便利,然而,电力的存在对人体的危险性较高。为了提高用电安全性,需要做到对电气设备的接口等易触电的位置完全绝缘化处理,环氧树脂作为目前最常见的电气设备绝缘材料广泛运用于绝缘开关柜等零件中。但绝缘材料会由于电气设备的日常运行累积大量的带电粒子,在外界环境如雷雨天气等和冲击电压的累积作用下,产生放电现象,对绝缘材料造成不可恢复的失效。该研究通过对电器设备用环氧树脂进行电压累积效应测试,分析恶劣条件下材料的U-N特性以及绝缘参数的变化,为恶劣天气情况下电气设备用环氧树脂材料制备过程的设计参数和选取提供了参考。Electricity is an indispensable part of modern society, whether it is industrial or residential, the existence of electricity brings great convenience to society, however, the existence of electricity is more dangerous to human body. In order to improve the safety of electricity, it is necessary to completely insulate the interface of electrical equipment and other locations susceptible to electric shock. However, the insulating material will accumulate a large number of charged particles due to the daily operation of electrical equipment, and under the accumulation of external environment such as thunderstorm and impact voltage, it will produce discharge phenomenon and cause irrecoverable failure to the insulating material. This paper analyzes the U-N characteristics of the material and the changes of insulation parameters under severe conditions by testing the voltage accumulation effect of epoxy resin for electrical equipment, and provides a reference for the design parameters and selection of the preparation process of epoxy resin material for electrical equipment under severe weather conditions.
