节约型园林中木材/废旧橡胶复合材料的应用研究

摘　　要：目前我国大力提倡“绿水青山就是金山银山”的可持续发展理念,同时也明令禁止了商用木材的砍伐,因此现在城市园林建设中面临木材短缺的问题。同时,园林材料是节约型园林建设的必要物质基础,在节约型园林建设中起重要作用。木材/废旧橡胶复合材料是解决木材资源短缺和废旧橡胶回收利用的重要途径。本研究以废旧轮胎和木材纤维作为原材料,选择三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂为胶黏剂,经热压工艺制备废旧橡胶粉-木材纤维复合材料。选取热压温度、热压时间、胶粘剂量、橡胶粉量为影响因子,通过正交试验研究木材/废旧橡胶复合材料的力学性能。并针对材料在户外环境应用的特点指出了目前关于木材/废旧橡胶复合材料应用研究的不足和发展建议。At present, our country advocates the sustainable development concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains", and at the same time, it has also forbade the logging of commercial timber. Therefore, the construction of urban gardens is now facing the problem of timber shortage. At the same time, garden materials are the necessary material basis for the construction of conservation-oriented gardens and play an important role in the construction of economizing landscape. Wood/waste rubber composite material is an important way to solve the shortage of wood resources and the recycling of waste rubber. In this paper, waste tires and wood fiber are used as raw materials, and melamine-modified urea-formaldehyde resin is selected as the adhesive. The waste rubber powder-wood fiber composite material is prepared by the hot-pressing process. Selecting hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time, adhesive dosage, and rubber powder amount as influencing factors, the mechanical properties of wood/waste rubber composites are studied through orthogonal experiments. According to the characteristics of the application of the material in the outdoor environment, it is pointed out that the current deficiencies and development suggestions on the application of wood/waste rubber composite materials.
