摘 要:针对工业煤气泄漏实时监测与预警困难、泄漏点定位不准确、监测系统实时性较低等问题,研发一种集煤气浓度信息采集、GPS定位、无线接收、报警提示、煤气源点定位等功能于一体的煤气泄漏无线监测预警系统。系统包括集成GPS定位模块和LoRa通信模块的终端设备及上位机监控中心。监控中心与各个终端设备之间通过LoRa和网关进行通信,实现了终端设备与泄漏源位置定位、煤气浓度值实时更新,达到及时监控煤气泄漏、提升应急响应和事故处理能力的目的。It has difficulties in real-time monitoring and early warning of industrial gas leakage. The positioning of leakage points is inaccurate, and the monitoring system has low real-time performance. Aiming at these problems, we develop the all-in-one wireless monitoring and early warning system for gas leakage, including gas concentration information collection, GPS positioning, wireless reception, alarm prompts, gas source point positioning. The system contained terminal equipment and host computer monitoring center that integrated GPS positioning module and LoRa communication module. The monitoring center communicated with each terminal device through LoRa and gateway to realize the location of the terminal device and the leak source, and the real-time update of the gas concentration value. Therefore, it achieved the purpose of timely monitoring of gas leakage and improving emergency response and accident handling capabilities.
