摘 要:胡一川1937-1949年的日记已于2010年正式出版,他同一时期的手稿、书信等文献资料,也在近几年他的几个大型艺术与文献研究展览中相继被公开,这为研究胡一川的艺术道路,研究中国的新兴版画运动,特别是为研究全面抗战以来,胡一川以木刻为武器、在普及与提高方面的思想与实践提供了直接而丰富的材料。本文拟以这些材料为基础,旁参其他,观察和讨论胡一川抗战时期艺术思考和木刻实践中的要点和重点,力求通过对胡一川与抗战剧团、与鲁艺木刻工作团投身木刻普及工作和对连环木刻、新年画实践与收获的梳理,通过对延安文艺座谈会前后胡一川在提高与普及问题上的认识进步和以套色木刻为中心的艺术表现提高的分析,呈现胡一川以“跑到时代的前头当旗手”为使命,在思想和行动上所反映出来的人生自觉、政治自觉和艺术自觉的统一。Hu Yichuan’s diary for 1937-1949 has been published in 2010.His manuscripts,letters and other documents of that period have been made public in the several large exhibitions of Hu’s art and literature research in recent years.These documents provide primary and rich materials for the study of Hu Yichuan’s artistic path,the new Chinese Printmaking Movement and Hu’s ideas and practices in popularizing and improving by woodcut especially since the War of Resistance.Based on these documents,this author intends to observe and discuss the key points in Hu Yichuan’s artistic thinking and woodcarving practice during the War of Resistence.Through the analysis of Hu Yichuan’s involvement in the popularization of woodcut in the Troupe of the War of Resistance and Woodcut Corps of Lu Xun Art Academy,Hu’s practice and gains in the comic wood engraving and New Year Painting Movement,the author summarizes Hu Yichuan’s progress in the understanding of the popularization and improvement issues and the artistic expression centered on colored woodcuts after the Yan’an forum on literature and art.Hu Yichuan took“being the standard-bearer of the times”as his mission,showing the unity of life,politics,and art of his own free will in in both art thought and practice.
