摘 要:为了促进网架结构在煤炭行业的推广应用,解决设计中存在的网架支座约束状态的设置问题,介绍了厂房屋面平板网架设计,分析了厂房平板网架支座约束状态定义。利用材料力学的理论对悬臂柱支座等效弹簧刚度进行了求解。明确了网架支座切向、法向支座及弹性支座约束状态的计算方法。以吉郎德露天煤矿主厂房的屋面为工程背景,结合3D3S Design 2021结构通用有限元软件计算结果,探讨了三种不同支座约束状态下网架受力状况,明确了设置橡胶垫支座改善支座刚度不均匀所起的作用。In order to promote the reticulated shell structure in coal industry,the design of flat space truss on plant roof is introduced,and the definition of constraint state of support of flat space truss is analyzed.The equivalent spring stiffness of cantilever column support is solved based on material mechanics theory.The calculation methods of tangential and normal support,and the constraint condition of elastic support,are clarified.Taking the roof of the main power house of Jilangde Open-pit Coal Mine as the engineering background,the stress conditions of space truss under three different support constraints are discussed,combining with the calculation results of 3 D3 S design 2021,a structure general finite element software,and it is clarified that rubber pad bearing can even the stiffness of the support.
