摘　　要：目的:探讨在日间手术模式下为女性腹股沟疝合并子宫圆韧带囊肿患者行腹腔镜经腹腹膜前修补术的安全性及可行性。方法:回顾分析2019年1月至2020年12月收治的47例女性腹股沟疝合并子宫圆韧带囊肿患者的临床资料,其中35例行日间手术,12例行非日间手术。结果:日间手术组住院时间、住院费用均少于非日间手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间、出血量、随访期间并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在日间手术模式下为女性腹股沟疝合并子宫圆韧带囊肿行经腹腹膜前修补术是安全、可行的,术后住院时间短,费用低,且不增加术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal(TAPP)repair for female inguinal hernia with round ligament cyst under day surgery mode.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 47 female patients with inguinal hernia and uterine round ligament cyst from Jan.2019 to Dec.2020.35 patients underwent day surgery and 12 patients underwent non-day surgery.Results:The hospital stay and hospitalization costs of day surgery group were significantly less than those of non-day surgery group(P<0.05);the differences in the operation time,blood loss and the incidence of complications during follow-up period between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:It is safe and feasible to perform TAPP for female inguinal hernia with round ligament cyst under day surgery mode,and the postoperative hospital stay is short,the cost is low,and it does not increase the incidence of postoperative complications.It is worthy to be widely popularized in the clinical application.
