摘  要:齿轮跑合阶段的磨损能反映齿轮的疲劳寿命和整个服役周期磨损性能的优劣。抛光磨削工艺是一种新型的磨齿工艺,可以有效改善齿轮表面质量,进而提高齿轮跑合阶段的磨损性能。为探究抛光磨削工艺对齿轮跑合性能的影响,以某变速器低速挡主动齿轮为研究对象,分别加工抛光磨削齿轮和常规磨削齿轮各1对,在齿轮试验台架上对两对齿轮进行运转试验;在运转过程中进行铁谱采集;利用Matlab对铁谱数据进行分析,得出抛光磨削工艺对齿轮跑合性能的影响规律。结果显示,抛光磨削工艺可有效提升齿轮跑合过程的磨损性能,降低齿轮的磨损速度,缩短齿轮的跑合周期,使齿轮跑合磨损过程更加缓和。其结论为该工艺在齿轮加工上的应用提供了一定的数据支撑和参考。The wear of gear in running stage can reflect the fatigue life and wear performance of gear in the whole service cycle.Polishing and grinding technology is a new type of gear grinding technology,which can effectively improve the surface quality of gears and improve the wear performance of gears in running stage.To investigate the effect of polishing and grinding technology on the running performance of gears and taking a lowspeed driving gear of a transmission as the research object,a pair of polishing grinding gears and a pair of conventional grinding gears are processed respectively.The two pairs of gears are tested on the gear test stand.The ferrogram is collected during the gear operation.The ferrograph data is analyzed by using Matlab,and the influence law of polishing and grinding process on the running performance of gear is obtained.The results show that the polishing grinding technology can effectively improve the wear performance of the gear in the running process,reduce the wear rate of the gear,shorten the running cycle of the gear,and make the wear process of the gear in the running process more moderate.The conclusion provides some data support and reference for the application of this technology in gear machining.
