浅析市政工程施工企业施工管理的新思路

摘　　要：市政工程项目管理囊括成本控制、质量控制、安全管理、合同管理以及组织协调等多个部分。施工管理只是项目管理中比较重要的内容之一,施工企业在开展施工管理之前,只有明确市政工程项目的规模、成本、质量标准、设计图纸、施工周期等内容,才能保证项目施工在相应周期内高效、高质量地完成。但从实际情况看,施工企业在市政工程施工管理中仍存在许多缺陷,这些缺陷会影响施工管理的效果,进而影响工程项目的质量、效率、安全和效益。因此,论文探讨了市政工程施工管理中的问题,从管理机制和人员管理两个方面提出了市政工程施工管理的新思路。Municipal engineering project management includes many parts, such as cost control, quality control, safety management, contract management, organization and coordination, etc. The construction management is only one of the more important contents in project management. Before the construction enterprise carries out the construction management, only the scale, cost, quality standards, design drawings, construction cycle and other contents of the municipal engineering project can ensure the efficient and high quality completion of the project construction in the corresponding cycle. However, from the actual situation, the construction enterprises still have many defects existing in the municipal engineering construction management. These defects will affect the effect of construction management, and then affect the quality, efficiency, safety and benefit of the project. Therefore, the paper discusses the problems in the construction management of municipal engineering, and puts forward new ideas for the construction management of municipal engineering from the two aspects of management mechanism and personnel management.
