摘 要:8英寸主泵流体静压轴封广泛应用于全球核电站100型及EPR主泵。主泵轴封系统为一回路动态压力边界,其可靠性与机组安全息息相关。论文介绍的实验台架主要针对密封泄漏量影响因素的耦合作用分析、常规性能试验、故障工况模拟试验、极限工况等研究,指导机组实际故障模式的研判与评估,提高主泵轴封系统的安全可靠性。研究表明,100型主泵静压密封全范围实验台架能够满足主泵轴封不同工况的模拟试验与性能需求。Eight inch main pump hydrostatic shaft seals are widely used in nuclear power plant type 100 and EPR main pumps worldwide. The main pump shaft seal system is a primary dynamic pressure boundary whose reliability is closely related to unit safety. The test bench introduced in this paper is mainly aimed at the coupling effect analysis of influencing factors of seal leakage, conventional performance test,failure condition simulation test, limit condition and so on, to guide the research and evaluation of actual failure mode of the unit, and improve the safety and reliability of the main pump shaft seal system. The results show that the model 100 hydrostatic seal test bench can meet the simulation test and performance requirements of the main pump shaft seal under different working conditions.
