关于铁路线路、车站、桥渡隧名称管理工作的研究

摘　　要：为规范开展铁路线路、车站、桥渡隧名称管理工作,国铁集团发布了相关办法,本文主要结合办法制定背景、研究思路及条文含义进行解读。论文立足铁路名称管理办法不健全、管理部门职责不清晰的现状,及高质量开展铁路命名工作的内在需求,系统提出了延续历史内涵和铁路新发展相结合、线路车站名称管理相统筹、建设期运营期前后相兼顾、适当前移命名工作程序等思路,进一步理顺铁路名称管理部门的职责,提出命名管理工作原则,并对命名、更名规则及工作流程提出优化建议,以期能为铁路规划设计、建设运营中的名称管理工作提供参考。In order to standardize the name management of railway lines, stations, bridges, and tunnels, the China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.has issued relevant measures. This paper mainly explains the background, research ideas and meanings of the regulations. Based on the current situation of imperfect railway name of nagement methods and unclear responsibilities of management departments, as well as the internal needs of high-quality railway naming work, this paper systematically proposes the approach on combining the continuing historical connotation and railway development, coordinating the name management between lines and stations, considering both the construction and operation period, and appropriately advancing the naming work procedures.This paper further straightens out the duties of the railway name management department, puts forward the working principles, and puts forward optimization suggestions on the optimization of naming, renaming rules and work flow, in order to provide reference for name management in railway planning, design, construction and operation.
