数字普惠金融、多维贫困与金融减贫效应

摘　　要：文章利用2011—2018年我国31个省份的面板数据,在构建地理权重矩阵、经济权重矩阵和嵌套权重矩阵的基础上,运用空间杜宾模型从数字普惠金融角度深入探究我国农村多维贫困空间分布特征及减贫的空间效应。研究发现:我国农村多维贫困表现出显著的空间集聚分布特征,即越贫困的地区其集聚效应越显著;虽然数字普惠金融具有显著的减贫效应,但对医疗贫困的减贫效应相对较弱;东、中、西部地区的数字普惠金融发展均对农村多维贫困具有显著的抑制作用和空间关联性,但对东部地区整体减贫效果弱于其他地区;从空间溢出效应看,数字普惠金融发展对其他相关联省份的减贫起到了间接作用。Based on the construction of geographic weight matrix, economic weight matrix and nested weight matrix, this paper uses the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2018, and adopts the spatial Durbin model to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of rural multidimensional poverty in China and its spatial effects of poverty reduction from the perspective of digital inclusive finance. The results of the study are as following: The rural multidimensional poverty in China shows a significant spatial clustering distribution, that is, the poorer the area, the more significant the agglomeration effect. Although digital inclusive finance has a significant poverty reduction effect, the poverty reduction effect on medical poverty is relatively weak. The development of digital inclusive finance in eastern, central and western regions has a significant inhibitory effect and spatial correlation on rural multidimensional poverty, but the overall poverty reduction effect in the eastern region is weaker than that in other regions. From the perspective of spatial spillover effects, digital inclusive financial development also plays an indirect role in reducing poverty in other related provinces.
