基于德尔菲法构建肺癌化疗患者运动训练方案

摘　　要：目的构建一套适用于肺癌化疗患者的运动训练方案。方法通过文献研究、小组讨论拟定肺癌化疗患者运动训练初步方案,采用德尔菲法进行专家调查,并结合预实验对方案进行调试。结果在对15名相关领域专家进行两轮调查后,专家意见趋于一致,调查问卷回收率为100%,专家权威系数为0.90;第1轮中一级指标、二级指标、三级指标Kendall’s W值分别是0.501、0.252、0.168;第2轮中一级指标、二级指标、三级指标Kendall’s W值分别是0.516、0.427、0.350。最终形成包括6个一级指标、17个二级指标和9个三级指标内容的肺癌化疗患者运动训练方案,且在5例患者预实验中无不良事件的发生。结论构建的肺癌化疗患者运动训练方案具有科学性、可行性,为临床肺癌化疗患者康复提供可靠依据。Objective To construct a exercise training program for patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method Formulate the preliminary exercise training program for patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy by literature research and group discussion.Perform expert consultation by Delphi method and adjust the program referring to the preliminary test.Result After two rounds of expert consultation,the opinions of 15 experts tend to be consistent.The questionnaire recovery rate is 100%.The expert authority coefficient(Cr)is 0.90.The Kendall’s W for the first-level、second-level and third-level indicators are 0.501、0.252 and 0.168 in the first round.The Kendall’s W for the first-level、second-level and third-level indicators are 0.516、0.427 and 0.350 in the second round.An exercise training program including 6 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 9 third-level indicators is constructed finally.There is no adverse events in 5 patients’preliminary experiment.Conclusion The exercise training program constructed is scientific and feasible,which can provide reference for rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer.
