摘  要:目的调查南京医科大学第二附属医院药品使用情况,为优化药事管理方案和促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用ABC分析法、VEN分析法和ABC-VEN矩阵分析法对南京医科大学第二附属医院2019年药品使用品种、销售金额进行统计分析。明确在库存管理中需要优先监管的品种,以及在使用中需重点监控的品种。对重点监控品种在临床使用中存在的不合理现象进行统计。结果全院共使用药品1360种,销售金额58146.06392万元。基于ABC分析法,A、B和C类药品的品种数构成比依次为17.87%(243种)、17.06%(232种)和65.07%(885种),金额构成比为73.32%、17.32%和9.36%。基于VEN分析法,V、E和N类药品的品种数构成比依次为37.57%(511种)、49.71%(676种)和12.72%(173种),金额构成比依次为30.96%、37.24%和31.80%。结合ABC-VEN矩阵分析,品种数构成比最高为CE类药品(27.72%),金额占比最高为AV类药品(34.95%),品种构成比最低为AN类药品(3.01%),金额占比最低为CN类药品(0.80%)。AN类在临床应用中存在的主要问题包括无适应证用药、用法用量不当、用药疗程过长等。结论采用ABC-VEN矩阵分析法可为医院药品库存的精细化管理提供依据,同时明确需具体监控的药品有利于推进临床合理用药、提高患者用药安全。Objective To investigate the use of drugs in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University so as to provide a reference for optimizing the pharmaceutical management regimen and promoting clinical rational drug use.Methods The drug varieties and sales amount of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in 2019 were statistically analyzed by ABC analysis,VEN analysis and ABC-VEN matrix analysis.The varieties of drugs that need to be supervised in stock control and those need to be monitored in use were clarified.The unreasonable phenomena in the clinical use of key monitored varieties were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 1,360 kinds of drugs were used in this hospital,and the sales amount was 581.466392 million yuan.Based on ABC analysis,the composition ratio of the number of varieties of class A,B and C drugs were 17.87%(243 species),17.06%(232 species)and 65.07%(885 species),respectively,and the amount composition ratio was 73.32%,17.32%and 9.36%,respectively.Based on VEN analysis,the composition ratio of the number of varieties of V,E and N drugs was 37.57%(511 species),49.71%(676 species)and 12.72%(173 species),respectively,and the amount composition ratio was 30.96%,37.24%and 31.80%,respectively.Combined with ABC-VEN matrix analysis,the highest composition ratio of the number of varieties was CE drugs(27.72%),the highest amount composition ratio was AV drugs(34.95%),the lowest composition ratio of the number of varieties was AN drugs(3.01%),and the lowest amount composition ratio was CN drugs(0.80%).The main problems of AN drugs in clinical application included drug use without indications,improper usage and dosage,as well as long treatment course.Conclusion The application of ABC-VEN matrix analysis can provide a basis for the refined management of hospital drug inventory.At the same time,clarifying the drugs that need to be specifically monitored is conducive to promoting clinical rational drug use and improving the drug safety for patients.
