摘　　要：目的调查徐州市肿瘤医院(以下简称“我院”)抗肿瘤药物的使用情况,为临床合理使用这类药物提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,从医院信息系统(HIS)中调取我院2018—2020年抗肿瘤药物的使用数据,对药物品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果我院的抗肿瘤药品的品种数和用药金额逐年递增。培美曲塞二钠每年的销售金额位列第一,抗代谢类、中成药和其他类的抗肿瘤药连续三年稳居前3位,有7种药品的DDDs连续三年排在前10位。结论我院抗肿瘤药物的临床使用基本合理,药物品种的增加有利于选择更好的治疗方案,以提高患者的生存率和生活质量。Objective To investigate the use of anti-tumor drugs in the Xuzhou Cancer Hospital(hereinafter referred to as"our hospital"),and to provide references for the clinical rational use of such drugs.Methods Using retrospective research methods,we collected data on the use of anti-tumor drugs in our hospital from 2018 to 2020 from the Hospital Information System(HIS),and performed statistics and analysis on the types of drugs,the amount of drugs used,and the frequency of drug use(DDDs).Results The number of anti-tumor drugs in our hospital and the amount of drugs used have been increasing year by year.The annual sales amount of pemetrexed disodium ranks first,and anti-metabolism,Chinese patent medicine and other anti-tumor drugs have been in the top for three consecutive years.DDDs with 7 drugs ranked in the top ten for three consecutive years.Conclusion The clinical use of anti-tumor drugs in our hos pital is basically reasonable,and the increas e in drug varieties is conducive to choose better treatment options to improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients.
