手术室护理术前心理干预对患者术前负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨术前心理干预对患者术前负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年11月至2019年11月泉州市第一医院收治的接受外科手术治疗的患者126例作为研究对象,按照不同护理方式分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。对照组进行常规手术室术前护理干预,观察组在此基础上进行术前心理干预,比较2组患者负性情绪评分、睡眠质量评分、生命质量评分以及护理满意度。结果:干预前2组患者相关数据差异无统计学意义,经过干预,2组患者负性情绪、睡眠质量、生命质量评分得到显著改善,其中观察组各项指标与对照组比较更为理想,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为96.24%,显著高于对照组的84.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理心理干预对缓解患者负性情绪、提升患者睡眠质量以及生命质量有积极意义,值得推广。Objective:To observe and explore the effect of preoperative psychological intervention on negative emotion and sleep quality of patients in operating room.Methods:A total of 126 patients who received surgical treatment in Quanzhou First Hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine preoperative nursing intervention in operating room,and the observation group received preoperative psychological intervention on the basis of control group.The negative emotion score,sleep quality score,quality of life score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the relevant data between the two groups of patients.After the intervention,the scores of negative emotions,sleep quality,and quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved.Among them,the indicators in the observation group were more ideal than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.24%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.13%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing psychological intervention in operating room has positive significance in relieving patients′negative emotions,improving patients′sleep quality and quality of life,and is worthy of promotion.
