摘　　要：目的:分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者接受口腔矫治(OA)对睡眠呼吸功能增龄变化的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2021年10月阳谷县人民医院收治的OSAHS患者80例作为研究对象,按照OA使用是否规范分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=50)。对照组未规范使用OA,观察组规范使用OA。比较2组基础资料及随访前后的夜间最低动脉血氧饱和度(LSaO_(2))、最长呼吸暂停时间(LAT)、SaO_(2)<90%时间占睡眠时间百分比(SLT90%)、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)等。结果:2组基础资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。初诊时2组LSaO_(2)、LAT、SLT90%、AHI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而复诊时与对照组比较,观察组各项指标更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OSAHS患者随年龄增长其睡眠呼吸暂停症状呈不断加重趋势,而对患者规范使用OA进行治疗,则可有效改善其增龄性恶化,因此需予以重视。Objective:To analyze the effect of oral treatment(OA)on the changes of sleep respiratory function in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 80 patients with OSAHS admitted to Yanggu County People′s Hospital from January 2016 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=50)according to whether the use of OA was standardized.The control group did not use OA regulated,and the observation group used OA regulated.The basic data of the two groups and the lowest arterial oxygen saturation(LSaO_(2))at night,the longest apnea time(LAT),the percentage of time when SaO_(2) was less than 90%of the sleep time(SLT90%),and the sleep apnea-hypopnea index(AHI)before and after follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in basic data between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in LSaO_(2),LAT,SLT90%,and AHI between the two groups at the initial visit(P>0.05),but at the follow-up visit,compared with the control group,the observation group was better in all indicators,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The symptoms of sleep apnea in patients with OSAHS tend to increase with age,and the standardized use of OA in the treatment of patients can effectively improve their age-related deterioration,so attention should be paid to it.
