摘　　要：目的:探讨神经系统疾病长期住院患者照护者负性情绪和睡眠现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月滨州市滨州医学院附属医院收治的神经系统疾病长期住院患者的照护者112例作为研究对象,进行问卷调查。结果:结果显示,所有照护者的焦虑水平总分为(5.34±4.09)分,睡眠质量总分为(8.12±4.13)分。单因素分析显示,年龄、学历水平和是否有照护患者的经验为神经系统疾病长期住院患者照护者负性情绪的影响因素,患者患病病程和焦虑为神经系统疾病长期住院患者照护者睡眠质量的影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:神经系统疾病长期住院患者照护者的总体焦虑水平较高,睡眠质量较差,为神经系统疾病长期住院患者照护者保持好情绪,控制好睡眠质量,才能更好地保证患者的生命质量。Objective:To investigate the negative emotions and sleep status of caregivers of long-term hospitalized patients with neurological diseases,and analyze their influencing factors.Methods:A total of 112 caregivers of long-term inpatients with neurological diseases treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object for questionnaire survey.Results:The results showed that the total score of anxiety level of all caregivers was(5.34±4.09)points,and the total score of sleep quality was(8.12±4.13)points.Univariate analysis showed that age,education level and experience in caring for patients were the influencing factors for the negative emotions of caregivers of long-term hospitalized patients with neurological diseases,and the disease course and anxiety of patients were the influencing factors of sleep quality of caregivers of long-term hospitalized patients with neurological diseases,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall anxiety level of caregivers of long-term hospitalized patients with nervous system diseases is high,and the sleep quality is poor.In order to better ensure the quality of life of patients,nurses of long-term hospitalized patients with nervous system diseases should keep good mood and control the sleep quality.
