摘　　要：商务印书馆作为近代中国首屈一指的出版企业,其发展时期的档案史料具有珍贵的研究价值。本文介绍了一批商务印书馆早期档案史料的整理编目情况,并分别从组织管理、经营理念两方面研究分析其史料价值,以此丰富商务印书馆史的研究并为现代出版企业的经营管理提供借鉴。In modern Chinese history,Commercial Press is one of the most outstanding Publishing companies.The files of its development period as historical materials are of significant value to research.This paper introduces the collation and catalog of a batch of the early files of the company,and analyzes the historical value from two aspects of organizational management and operation principle,which will enrich the research of the history of the Commercial Press and provide reference for the operation and management of modern publishing enterprises.
