摘　　要：本文主要记述船山学社、岳麓书社搜集整理船山著作,最终集大成出版《船山全书》的过程。同时,本文从20世纪80年代船山学社的恢复、岳麓书社的创建开始,对《船山全书》的编纂体例、资料收集、存世版本以及新编《船山全书》的特点及其获奖、修订重版的情况亦有所介绍和描述。This paper mainly describes how Chuanshan Academy and Yuelu Press collected and collated the works of Wang Chuanshan,and finally published Complete Works of Chuanshan.It begins by talking about the restoration of Chuanshan Academy and the founding of Yuelu Press in the 1980s.Then,it introduces and discusses several points about compiling and publishing Complete Works of Chuanshan,including the compilation style,the collection of materials,the extant editions of Wang Chuanshan's works,the characteristics of the new edition,the awards it has won,and its revisions and reprints.
