摘　　要：草食畜牧业在利用农业资源、丰富膳食结构、繁荣农业经济以及维护农业可持续发展等方面具有重要的战略作用。随着经济的发展,我国的牛羊肉和牛奶等食草动物畜产品消费需求快速增长,但饲草资源不足限制了我国草食畜牧业的发展速度,产量增速远小于消费增速,供需缺口逐年扩大。我国农作物秸秆资源丰富,作为草食动物饲料利用率低,资源优势不能转化为产业优势。文章结合前期的研究工作,论述在秸秆饲料化过程中,利用生物技术手段,并结合其他技术方法,将有效突破秸秆消化率低的难题,推动秸秆饲料的高效利用,提高我国优质粗饲料供给能力,支撑草食畜牧业的稳定发展。Herbivorous animal husbandry plays an important strategic role in utilizing agricultural resources, enriching dietary structure, flourishing agricultural economy and maintaining sustainable development of agriculture. With the development of economy, the consumption demand of ruminant products such as beef, mutton and milk increases rapidly in China. However, the development of herbivorous animal husbandry is restricted by the shortage of forage resources, resulting in the growth rate of ruminant product being far lower than that of ruminant consumption, and the gap between supply and demand expands year by year. At the same time, the crop strawyield is abundant but the utilization rate is low inChina. But the resource advantages has not beentransformed into industrial advantages. Based onthe previous research, this paper discussed that using biotechnology and other technical methods could effectively break through the obstruction of lowdigestibility of straw feed. It could promote the efficient use of straw feed, improve the supply capacity ofhigh-quality roughage in China, and support the stable development of herbivorous animal husbandry.
