双线型脉冲调制系统中的双开关整形技术

摘　　要：基于分数比可饱和脉冲变压器(FRSPT)的低阻双线型脉冲调制系统难以获得理想方波输出,本文提出了一种双开关整形技术,在传统单开关的基础上,增加了整形开关,改变了脉冲形成过程,使双线型脉冲调制系统的方波质量得到了有效改善。本文对双线型脉冲调制系统中的双开关整形技术进行了理论计算与仿真分析,并对基于分立双脉冲形成线和Blumlein型平板PFN的两种不同的双线型脉冲调制系统开展了验证实验。结果表明双开关整形技术能够有效解决不同类型双线型脉冲调制系统中磁开关作为主开关时较大的饱和电感与快前沿准方波脉冲输出需求之间的矛盾。本研究能够为双开关整形技术在双线型脉冲调制系统中的应用中提供参考。The low impedance dual line pulse modulation systems based on Fractional-turn Ratio Saturable Pulse Transformer(FRSPT)are difficult to obtain ideal square pulses.In this paper,a dual-switch modulation technique was proposed.On the basis of the single switch used in the traditional dual line pulse modulation system,a shaping switch was added to change the pulse forming process,so that the quality of output pulses were effectively improved.In this paper,theoretical calculation and simulation analysis of the dual-switch modulation technique was carried out.And preliminary experimental investigations of two different dual line pulse modulation systems based on Pulse Double Forming Line and Blumlein flat plate PFN were studied.The results showed that the dual-switch modulation technique can solve the problem of the large saturable inductance and outputting excellent quasi square pulses with fast leading edge when using magnetic switch as the main switch in different type of dual-line pulse modulator system.This study can provide a reference for the application of dual-switch modulation technique in the dual-line pulse modulator system.
