摘  要:目的:阐明解淀粉芽孢杆菌产脂肽粗提物提高克菌丹和代森锰锌对玉米大斑病菌抑制活性。方法:采用Wadley公式法,测定对玉米大斑病菌抑制活性。结果:脂肽粗提物和克菌丹、代森锰锌对玉米大斑病菌的EC_(50)分别为0.23μL/mL、5.78μg/mL和8.04μg/mL;脂肽粗提物与克菌丹和代森锰锌质量比为1∶100和1.5∶100时具有较强的增效活性,增效系数SR达1.78和1.74。结论:可为玉米大斑病的可持续防控提供参考和借鉴。Objective:To explore the inhibitory effect of crude lipopeptide extracts of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SJ06 and its synergism with fungicides on Exserohilum turcicum.Methods:The antifungical activity of the mixture was determined by Wadley formula.Results:The results showed that the EC_(50)of crude lipopeptide extracts,captan and mancozeb were 0.23 μL/mL,5.78 μg/mL and 8.04 μg/mL,respectively.The results of Wadley formula showed that the crude lipopeptide extracts had strong synergistic activity when the mass ratio of crude lipopeptide extracts to captan and mancozeb was 1∶100 and 1.5∶100,and the synergistic coefficient was 1.78 and 1.74,respectively.Conclusion:This study can provide theoretical guidance for sustainable control of maize leaf blight.
