摘  要:目的:优选霍山铁皮石斛中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以芦丁转移率综合评分为评价指标,采用单因素结合正交试验设计,优选霍山铁皮石斛总黄酮提取工艺。结果:优选的最佳工艺为:乙醇的料液比为1∶50,提取温度为50℃,提取时间为70 min,溶剂浓度为50%时,总黄酮提取率最高。结论:优选的提取工艺准确可行,重复性良好,可以为霍山铁皮石斛的总黄酮提取工艺的研究提供参考。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in Dendrobium officinale Huoshan.Methods:Taking the comprehensive score of the transfer rate of rutin as the evaluation index,using single factor experiment combined with orthogonal experiment design,the extraction process of total flavonoids of Dendrobium officinale Huoshan was optimized.Results:The optimal process is as follows:when the ethanol ratio is 1∶50,the extraction temperature is 50 ℃,the extraction time is 70 min,and the solvent concentration is 50%,the extraction rate of flavonoids is the highest.Conclusion:The optimal extraction process is accurate,feasible,and reproducible.It can provide reference for the research on the extraction process of total flavonoids from Dendrobium officinale Huoshan.
