摘  要:为了研究某35 mm火炮射击过程中闩体的动态受力情况,获得射击时闩体受力数据,进而在设计时合理选用安全系数,建立了闩体载荷获取的有限元模型,对闩体受力情况进行了仿真分析。利用压电式力传感器,搭建了火炮闩体受力在线测试系统,利用压力机进行了标定试验,并通过射击试验在线测试闩体受力,将传统计算、仿真计算、试验测试结果进行了对比。结果表明:仿真计算值与试验值误差小于8%,仿真计算值和试验值均低于传统计算值24%以上,传统计算法求出的闩体受力最大值过高,该测试系统可以准确获得闩体的受力规律。In order to study the dynamic load of a 35 mm gun breechblock during firing,obtain the force data of the breechblock during firing,and then reasonably select the safety factor in the design,the finite element model of the breechblock load acquisition is established,and the load case of the breechblock is simulated and analyzed.Using piezoelectric force sensors,an on-line test system for the load on the gun breechblock is built with the calibration test carried out by a press,and the force on the breechblock is tested online through firing tests,the results of traditional calcultion,simulation calcultion and the tests are compared.The results show that the error between the simulation value and the test value is less than 8%,and the simulation value and the test value are lowered by more more than 24%compared with the calcultion value.The maximum force on the breechblock calculated by the traditional calculation method is too high.The test system can accurately obtain the load patterns of the breechblock.
