摘 要:我国跨境电商在发展的过程中,推出了一系列利好跨境电商发展的政策和举措,但由于大环境的变化,出现了一些不利于跨境电商的不定因素。本文使用PEST分析法分析中国跨境电商的宏观发展现状,又以阿里巴巴集团为例,使用SWOT分析法分析其发展的长处与不足,并结合分析结果提出了一些针对性建议,以期促进中国跨境电商全面发展。In the process of the development of cross-border e-commerce in China, China has launched a series of policies and measures conducive to the development of cross-border e-commerce, but due to the change in the general environment, some uncertain factors are not beneficial to cross-border e-commerce. This article mainly uses the PEST analysis method to explore the development status of China’s cross-border e-commerce, and taking Alibaba Group as an example, uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze its strengths and weaknesses in its development, and puts forward some targeted suggestions according to the analysis results, to promote the better development of China’s cross-border ecommerce.
