摘  要:为了便于港口安全教育培训,提高起重机操作员工的安全意识和安全操作能力,文中基于港口起重机安全理论与虚拟现实技术的有机融合,以典型的港口起重机作业为例,开发出一款交互式起重机安全学习系统。首先对系统的总体框架进行设计;其次研究起重机的不同阶段,将其模块化为不同的功能部分,以及将起重机安全理论事项嵌入系统;然后构建起重机以及场景环境的模型,在虚拟引擎中使用代码对建立好的模型进行功能的实现;最后展示起重机安全理论学习与系统的有机结合,验证系统对起重机安全事项学习的可行性和有效性。In order to facilitate port safety education and training,and improve crane operators’safety awareness and safe operation skills,an interactive crane safety learning system was developed based on the combination of port crane safety theory and virtual reality technology,taking a typical port crane operation as an example.Firstly,the overall framework of the system is designed.Secondly,the different stages of the crane are studied,which are divided into different functional modules,and the theoretical items of crane safety are embedded into the system.Then,the model of crane and scene environment is built,and the function of the built model is simulated by code in virtual engine.Finally,it shows the combination of crane safety theory learning and the system,and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the system in crane safety learning.
