摘　　要：全球范围内约有五分之一的夫妇被生育问题所困扰,其中男性因素占比约为50%。本文试图从阐述男性因素中的精子异常形态在不育中作用的认识,对近年来畸形精子症的中西机制研究进行回顾,探讨中西医对精子畸形症的病因、发病机制、基因等内容的相关研究进展。Aboutone-fifth of couples worldwide are troubled by fertility problems,among which male factors account for about 50%.This paper tries to explain the role of abnormal sperm morphology in male infertility and reviews the Chinese and Western studies on abnormal sperm morphology in recent years.Specifically,we discuss the research progress of etiology,pathogenesis and genes of abnormal sperm morphology in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
