高铁运输系统反恐问题探析

摘　　要：高铁运输系统是国家重要公共系统,极易成为恐怖分子袭击的目标。针对高铁运输系统实施的恐怖袭击具有袭击目标多元、手段多样,袭击波及广泛、影响恶劣,袭击发生突然、处置困难等特点。针对当前高铁运输系统反恐防范存在的问题,从协作体系构建、专业力量建设、薄弱区域防范、高新技术应用等方面提出相应对策建议,为高铁运输系统反恐防范工作提供借鉴。The high-speed rail transportation system is an important national public system,which makes it particularly vulnerable to terrorist attacks.The terrorist attacks against the high-speed rail transportation system are characterized by multiple targets,diversified means,extensive coverage,severe impact,abruptness of the attack and disposal difficulties.In view of the existing problems in the anti-terrorism prevention of the current high-speed rail transportation system,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in terms of cooperation system construction,professional force building,weak areas prevention,and high-tech application,so as to provide reference for the anti-terrorism prevention of the high-speed rail transportation system.
