摘　　要：外警培训具有重要战略意义,而推动外警培训的顺利开展,翻译工作必不可少。介绍“等值”翻译的依据和语义转换理论,阐述了外警培训中等值翻译的重要性,提出“等值”翻译应达到内容和风格“等值”,并详细例举语义转换理论在“等值”翻译中的应用。Foreign police training is of great strategic significance,and to promote the smooth development of foreign police training,translation is essential.Based on the translation theory of“equivalence”,this paper demonstrates the importance and forms of“equivalence”translation,and lists the translation process of“equivalence”with the help of semantic transformation.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that Chinese English translation in police training should be“equivalent”.
